Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us you order number and the new address and we’ll do our best to change the address for you.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Canada (excluding Quebec) but we are working hard on setting up distribution within the US and Europe so check back soon.
Do you have a return policy?
Most items are returnable, however if they are not it will say so on the product page.
To be eligible for a return you need to:
1. Reach out to us at [email protected]
2. Item(s) were not “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of your purchase.
3. Item and packaging must be in original, brand-new condition.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that sometimes Blankli is not the perfect fit for some people. That’s why we offer a 30 day return period. You can return your Blankli to us for a full refund as long as it’s within the 30 day period
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
How long do I have to return
You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If you are not totally in love with Blankli you can return it for a a total refund.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be mentioned on the product pages. All of our products must be returned in as new condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes. Should you decide to return your Blankli, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
it usually takes 5-7 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank directly.
