Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us you order number and the new address and we’ll do our best to change the address for you.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Canada but we are working hard on setting up distribution within the US and Europe so check back soon.
Our Blankli (adults) has a length of 102cm and Steve length of 80cm
Do you re-stock all designs?
Most of our regular Patterns are restocked so don’t worry if your favourite one is out of stock – check back soon.
Certain patterns are limited addition runs and are limited to a certain number.
Does Blankli have a zipper?
Most Blanklis are offered in pullover, however we do have some designs that are available with a 1/4 zipper and full zipper.
Can I purchase and send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Blankli is the perfect gift. You can ship Blankli directly to your special loved one. Blankli comes wrapped and we don’t include any receipt in the bag so you have nothing to worry about. If you’d like to include a special message, just let us know in the message box when placing your order and we’ll make sure it’s included.
Do you have a return policy?
Most items are returnable, however if they are not it will say so on the product page.
To be eligible for a return you need to:
1. Reach out to us at [email protected]
2. Item(s) were not “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of your purchase.
3. Item and packaging must be in original, brand-new condition.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that sometimes Blankli is not the perfect fit for some people. That’s why we offer a 30 day return period. You can return your Blankli to us for a full refund as long as it’s within the 30 day period.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
How long do I have to return
You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If you are not totally in love with Blankli you can return it for a a total refund.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be mentioned on the product pages. All of our products must be returned in as new condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
All eligible returns within Canada are covered with a free return shipping label! Just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll will be able to help you.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
it usually takes 3-5 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank directly.
How secure are your payments?
We use Square for our payment processing. Your payments are encrypted to protect against hackers. It’s all designed and maintained by Square so you don’t have to go through anybody else. Payments are secure out of the box with no lengthy setup. All card-present payments are encrypted from end to end.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are glad to offer After pay through Square payments.
